Online store all items are now gone off of my POS system

I was setting up an online store now all of my items on my square dashboard argon all I have left are my categories no items in my store

Hello @Dukecitydojo, welcome to the Seller Community. 

 

This sounds really weird. Do you have multiple businesses that use Square Point of Sale? If so, there's a chance you signed into another account than you originally intended. I've seen this happen before. 

 

I'll keep an eye out for your reply! We will get to the bottom of this together. 🙂

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that @Dukecitydojo! If you haven't already you could call our CS team and they can check if you might have a second account or investigate what happened to your item library.
