Options and Pricing doesn't allow delivery on all options

I've noticed that if I create a new item it's no longer Variations, but instead Options and Pricing. I'm able to add all the options just fine, but for some reason the first option is available for both pick up and delivery, but any other option is only available for pickup even though I have "Local Delivery" checked on, which should work for all options, but it's not. Any way to get all options to be available for delivery?

HI, yes there was an update a few months back.  Variations are under Options and Pricing.  You would need to update your settings.

Online Dashboard, Settings, Checkout, Advanced Settings

SOLVED: If I turned the pick up option off, then saved. Went back to editing the product and turned pick up on again and saved, it seemed to fix the problem.
