Does anyone else is having problems printing packing slips ?

Hello Yayas,

I spoke with support this morning and they informed me that the only way I can print a packing slip from now on is by using their label printing app(Shippo). After printing shipping labels for eight years from Square orders I can no longer do that unless I pay them more money. How fair is that?

I don't think is a money problem, I'm paying for the $79.00 / Month and I can not print packing slips
