For some reason, none of my patients are receiving SMS for the booking confirmation even though it used to works for years.
Help!

Hey there, @HubertMak -
Welcome back to the Community.
Go into your Dashboard and double check the settings you have under your Appointments Tab > Settings > Communication to see if you have the "Confirmation" one turned on. This is where the settings for that feature are housed and where you would make any changes.
In the instance you have it turned on, check on the timeframe you have the reminder being sent.
