Is there an app for taking phone-in orders so that they show up as "Orders" and can be inputted as pick up or delivery and can be marked "in progress", "ready", "picked up" etc. the same way Online orders work? What about scheduling phone orders for later dates and times?
We were open for in-person ordering (retail bakery) pre-COVID-19 and have since switched to online ordering with a Weebly Online Store. We do occasionally take phone orders and just ring them up on our Square Register. We then have to go into transactions to see what was purchased and then pack it. How can we integrate these transactions with the rest of our online orders?
