No matter what I do, my QR Codes say that the item is "unavailable online". I need my items to be available for purchase through QR Codes only, and NOT accessible through my square online website. I have tried to "hide" the items so they can be purchased with the QRCode only, but it's not working. I am able to put them in the cart via the app, but I can't get them to be "in stock" with the QR Code. Please help!

Hi @Gumpshawphotos! I had this happen to me, albeit with an item that was only available for shipping. I had forgotten to change the fulfillment method, and the item appeared unavailable to customers online.
I recommend checking to ensure that the only fulfillment method for these items is self-serve ordering. Since my experience wasn’t with a QR code I’m not sure if this will work, but I think it’s the same principle.
On your Square Online Dashboard:
- Choose Items.
- Select Site Items.
- Select the relevant item.
- Scroll down to “Fulfillment.”
- Ensure that “Self Serve Ordering” is the only option that’s checked.
- Save your changes.
