Can a guest use QR code to order and start an open ticket or do they have to settle every time they order

When guests use a QR code to order, they'll have to pay when ordering. At this time, open tickets can only be created from a Point of Sale. Let us know how you'd like to use this feature in your day to day so we can pass it on to our product team as a suggestion!

Hi Arie, I have outdoor and indoor seating with limited staff. It would save some time if guests could order and put their credit card info into an open ticket that they could pay when they are finished for the evening
