Questions about getting started with the Loyalty program

I am hoping for a little clarity on the pricing for the loyalty program. Is the minimum rate $45/month flat or is it per transaction and could be less than $45? I have not done any research on the cost of other loyalty programs but that seems really high. I want to start a loyalty program but this does not seem worth it at this time in my business.

Also, is the program connected to weebly websites? Can online customers participate in a program?

$45 a month is the lowest amount you can be charged a month for up to 500 transactions which is roughly 16 transactions a day (9¢ a transaction roughly).  https://squareup.com/us/en/software/loyalty

I am charged $45/month and I’m only open 1 day per week - not worth it for me as it does not keep track of cumulative spending either.
