Does it matter whether we have the customer sign the receipt or sign directly onto the iPad?

Hey @auxiliary - This is completely up to you! If you like digital records, we recommend signing on the iPad as it will save the receipt with the signature within your Transaction reports. If you like hardcopies instead then you can stick with the Print and Sign option 👍🏼
