Reader Lost in the Mail?

My reader is lost in the mail, been 14 days since I ordered. Tracking number on square.com does not work on USPS tracking site. According to square.com its been sittting at a post one hour from my house since September 8th. Now what?????

Sorry to hear about the reader, @jrandym

 

The reader should have been out for final delivery with USPS. Unfortunately packages are sometimes lost in transit, but rest assured, the readers aren't connected to any account and don't store any account information.
 
If you need a reader right away, feel free to pick one up at a nearby retail location and we'll reimburse you. Otherwise, you can reorder one from your Square Dashboard.
