Refund window for invoices

Can I issue a refund for invoices that were paid outside of the usual 120 day window? We have an event that was just indefinitely cancelled due to covid, and I would like to refund invoices from April of this year.

Great question!

 

You do have the option to refund a payment that has been longer than 120 days, the only catch is that it must be done from the online dashboard on a computer through squareup.com. 

 

You cannot refund a payment that has been more than 120 days from a mobile device.
