I recently returned some items to a vender, but as they were reversing the charges, it said declined. The merchant had never encountered this, nor have I seen a card get declined while attempting to add money back to the card. Anyone else had this happen? It was attempted by several employees & the owner, but declined every time. I've had returns in the past, but lately this has happened a few times. Anything I need to do to correct this?
