SKUHarmony not syncing properly

Hello all - Looking for help or advice for syncing issues between SKUHarmony to Square and Shopify.  I've had pretty good luck over the last year that I've had it with just minor things to fix here and there.  But, yesterday it has all gone haywire. 

 

My biggest issues:

  - New products loaded on to Square not pulling over to SKUHarmony

  - Existing product that new stock was received pulling over random amounts 

  - Updated inventory on existing products pulling over random amounts

 

Also, the homepage and layout of SKUHarmony looks completely different.  

 

My Shopify Website developer is in the midst of a family emergency and can't help right now.  I am a total beginner when it comes to all things tech.  Any help or guidance is so appreciated!!!

I did try the Website Support page linked here on Square and just received a 404 error message, and tried the phone number listed and that went to an individual person not affiliated with SKUHarmony.  I have messaged SKUHarmony support via the link on Shopify too, but hadn't heard anything back.  Thank you!
