I have 4 employees - each has the Square Team App to clock in/out. 3 of them are linking fine with my dashboard, but 1 isn't. I can see when everyone clocks in/out except this one employee. She has no problem tracking her own hours through the app - she set up the account using the invitation link from Square when I set her up as an employee. The entire team has all of the same permissions. We've confirmed she's using the same email address as I have in her profile. I've tried deactivating and reactivating her. Nothing is working. She's been sending me screenshots of her weekly timecard report from the app and I have been manually entering her hours on the dashboard....which is a pain. Anyone else run into this issue?
