Text message by mistake

I responded to a customer text message in square appointments not knowing I could be charged for answering it. I see it's $10 a month, even for one message, and I don't want to use the service.

After sending that text message to your customer, did you see a pop-up or anything that said you had started a subscription? 

 

Have you been charged since using it the first time?
