Unable to make an account

I’ve been trying to an Australian account with Square but all the time shows up my identity is unable. I used my overseas passport number. I wrote correct name, address but still unable. I contacted Equifax and they say they don’t have my information. I thought it is much simple to make an account. Does somebody have same problem?
