Unable to process web orders — problem!

I have had three customers for my next event unable to checkout. I altered the event to be electronic pickup because the first customer couldn’t input her address (it was mine). But now another person said their payment has failed twice. This is super frustrating as I’m trying to allow online registration and payment for an event. No issues in the past. Can it not be AmEx? Something on my end I havent done?

Hey @memorabledesign - Sorry to hear about the frustration! You should definitely be able to accept an AmEx card. If it's failing multiple times and your customer has confirmed that all of the information is being input correctly, I would have them check in with their bank. If everything is okay on their end, then I recommend reaching out to our CS team. They'll be able to take a closer look for you and determine if the issue is stemming from our side as well as advise on any next steps.
