We really need the ability to switch staff members on an appointment back

Previously, just like how personal events work, we were able to change and appointment from one team member to another in an easy drop down. Now, we have to cancel the appointment, and create a new one, increasing the level of effort. Is there a reason why this feature was removed from appointments?

There is an option for you to change the employee on the appointment without having to completely delete it. Go into the Edit portion of the Appointment > Change the Employee > Save. 

 

Here it will give you the option to notify the customer of the change or you can opt out.

Hey there @clofaro1

 

To edit the Staff member assigned to a specific appointment, you will need to first, Edit the event and then click on the service. This will bring up a window to edit the price and the Staff member assignment.
