Weebly shop continuously loading at end of checkout?

Hi All, 

 

We currently run an online ecommerce retailer powered by Square, developed through Weebly and have recently received feedback from a number of customers that they cannot process payment through the checkout. (website is www.thenewhempco.com.au)

 

This is new as we have successfully been able to receive and process online sale payment in the past.

 

After browsing the site and selecting products, they can access the checkout page and enter in their user details and payment details (Usually a credit card). When they click the next button to process the payment, the button goes into a perpetual load cycle and they can't progress.

 

We have verified that this occurs with a test transaction. 

 

As you you can imagine, this is a pretty big issue, please help!

I reached out to one of our team members on the Weebly side of things and they said that this definitely sounds buggy.

 

It'd be best to contact Weebly Support to have them take a look on the back end and file a ticket for you if need be. 

 

There's a Contact Us button at the bottom of this page that you can go through to contact them directly.
