We own a bakery and we often need to cancel and refund an item from the customer order. Its strange that the customer does not get notified what item of their order is canceled. This is often on SAMEDAY orders.
Many frustrating customers are calling us and are rude and disrespectful to our staff.
Is there a way to have the customer notified what item is being refunded.

Hey @Berolina,
That does sound frustrating. I'm sorry you're experiencing that!
Refunds don't process right away so unfortunately the only thing you'd be able to do to show the refund right away would be to send them the refund notification you receive via email.
