Why are my offline mode payments not reporting?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: I can only use offline mode and can’t reach customer service!]

 

I can’t load reports so I don’t know what happened to all the payments I accepted offline yesterday I didn’t turn my machine off because I was scared they would be lost. Is anyone having or had this problem?  I can’t reach support at all!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your reporting and sales history. What device are you using to take your payments? Also, about how much in sales did you process?

I finally got ahold of customer service . I hand no idea I couldn’t accept debit in offline mode so I lost 100.00 in sales. But the issue is now resolved. Thank u.

it was so strange that I couldn’t reach anyone in customer service for over 24 hours.
