Hey @bradleyoates,

Thanks for reaching out.

We're not currently aware of any changes that have been made to transfer scheduling, and still send funds on a next business day basis between 11:30am and 12:30pm. You'll receive an email notifying you of a transfer once we send it, from there it's up to your bank to process it into your account - it usually takes a few hours with the major banks and a little longer with smaller credit unions.

Note that funds collected on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be transferred on Mondays as the next business day - unless Monday is a public holiday, which can cause delays.

If you'd like to give our support team a call on 1800 760 137 they will be able to let you know what time your transfers have been sent, which is something you can also correlate via the time stamp on the transfer emails we send. It's also possible the delay may be longer processing times with your bank.
