Why cash and not credit card?

I did a craft show and most of my swipes are going into my bank, but one shows as cash?   And is not being depostied into my account?

If you show a cash transaction then you rang it as cash and not credit.  You will not get a deposit for that.

Here you can see what payment methods were used.

Here you can see the deposits made and pending.

Just make sure you set the correct date range.

Thank you.  I do not know what I did wrong.  I thought I had done all of them the same and I did swipe cards each time and each person signed.  So I wonder what happens on their part?   Did they pay with the card?   Or did they not get charged?

If it shows cash that means that no card was captured or charged. Unfortunatly this is human error.
