Why does POS crash and restart every time I click Transaction Tab to settle tip? I've resetted system and same thing keeps happenning. Was advised by customer service tech to reset system. Not sure what to do. All advice is welcomed and appreciated. Thanks in advance guys!

That definitely shouldn't be happening. Try these tips for Troubleshooting the POS App and if those don't work, please reach out to our Customer Support team directly by email or phone so we can take a closer look and possibly file a ticket if need be.
