Why does Square continue to ruin my life with their inability to get Pickup scheduling right?

My customers are trying to preorder my Christmas menu I just launched and Square is blocking out all dates beyond 2 weeks.

 

 This has never happened before & has nothing to do with my blackout dates. 

every time I think I get situated, you change something and make it worse. 

wasting HOURS of my time trying to create workarounds. Absurd

Yeah, the pickup time thing has been a thorn in many a side around here, but I think I have an answer for you if you're up for beta testing things:

 

Recruiting for Beta Batch Production/Cutoff Times 

From what I can see, this is pretty much solving all the issues you're experiencing. The only reason I'm not jumping on it right now is because it's location specific, not item specific. I have too many other items aside from my baked goods to make good use of this.

 

As for the blockout times, the only reasons I could see is if you have your prep time for the items set at 2 weeks or if you've designated blackout days. The online store shouldn't be assuming blocked times otherwise.
