Why is a customer allowed to enter incomplete or invalid customer name when purchasing an e gift car
Why is a customer allowed to enter incomplete or invalid customer name when purchasing an e gift card? I see I sold an egift card and the customer entered "Dad". Can we make the egift card process Somehow require a valid first and last name? I realize the system wont know Dad is not valid but it didnt even force a lastname?
