Why is item Not Available???

Can someone PLEASE explain to me why, if I have 25 of an item in inventory, and I have it listed as PICKUP ONLY, it is always NOT AVAILABLE????

HI, you can review the Fulfillment Methods settings to be sure Pickup is selected.

 

Here are the breadcrumbs to locate settings.

Online Dashboard, Items, Item Preferences, Default Item Fulfillment

 

Online Dashboard, Fulfillment, Pickup & Delivery

 

Online Dashboard, Item, Site Items, select an item, Fulfillment Methods

I have been trying to reorganize my POS screens. I have everything where I want it now but some items are saying not available when I click on them. I have searched through both Items and Menus to try to find anything that is different between the unavailable items and the available ones and I can’t find anything. Please help.

Hi @The301eats, thanks for reaching out. 

 

Often, when an item is showing as unavailable, there're a few things we can check:

 

- Make sure the item has a fulfilment method selected and that the fulfilment method has been setup correctly.

- Make sure the item is in stock

- Make sure items have been set to Visible

- Check that Accept online orders is enabled within Settings > Checkout

 

If everything is setup correctly but items are still showing up as unavailable, the best thing is to reach out to our Support team directly. They will be able to look further into this and check additional account specific settings.
