Your business has not processed enough payments with square recently.

I had an offer from Square Capital and I would like to have it. I just had an email and it says we are unable to offer you Square Capital at this time due to the following reason;

-Your business has not proceesed enough payments with Square recently.

- I have been accepting payments and in January I collect around $5500 from credit card sales. I need an explanation why square denied the offer with that reason?
