can I set up two mobile phones on my account

I have a mobile device associated with my account but need to add another one.  Can I do this

You sure can!

 

Simply sign in to the Square app on the new mobile device using your existing account email address and password, and you can access your Square account on as many different compatible mobile devices as you'd like 👍

Hi I've just tried to log in on my new phone and it asks me for a pass code that I enter but it doesn't work

thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your account!

 

To confirm, were you getting stuck when entering a password, or could you log into the app and were then asked for a passcode?

 

For resetting your password you can check out this guide, or if the issue was the latter, if you're the account owner you can view the passcode via your Online Dashboard.
