gift card recharge

Hi there.

I am wondering if customer recharge onto their gift card when they try to make payment.

i often have this issue.

when they make payment, they have not enough money on their gift card. and they want to top up money first, and then they want to make a payment what they order.

i need to back to menu, clear all of they order first.

and top up some onto to their card.

and then restart to type what they order.

i would like to know if i can recharge their card when they make payment and realise they have not enough money on the card.

Thanks for getting in touch.

At the moment there's no way to process a gift card top up and a purchase on this gift card as part of the same transaction - you would indeed need to top up the gift card first and the funds need to be transferred to the gift card in order to then make the payment with the gift card.
