lost account

I went to log into my Square account, that I have been using since July and it says it doesn't exist. 
I have been trying to talk to support and I am getting no where. Does anyone have advise on this?

In the past when this situation happens it is most likely that you created a second account by accident with a typo. This could have been the first one or the second one.
