pairing issue

After the Android update, my Samsung S10, will not pair, i have tried everything it has said, to no avail, i use it in my taxi, for 70% of my sales, not only am i losing my debit sales, i am unable to to work my taxi, without a debit machine, so far a loss of roughly $500, can someone actually help me with this, as i have bills to pay

Hi @Kyle_w. I'm assuming that you're referring to the Contactless and Chip reader, yes? 

Hopefully these are the troubleshooting steps that you tried. If not, go ahead and look them over and make sure you've gone through each step. I'm also wondering how well your internet connection works when out and about driving. That could definitely be a reason as to why your reader isn't staying connected
