When charging a sale with the card present I've had it not work. takes me to some screen that asks me to split the transaction or add discounts. How can I get rid of this screen popping up?

The last two transactions would not go at all and I had to manually enter the card, which costs me more, I don't like that.

Hi Chesapeaketruff,

Can you provide some more details about your setup - for example: are you using the Square App (Point of Sale) and a tablet with a stand and/or phone and a contactless reader ?   This may help narrow things down knowing what your setup is.
