upcoming appointments not showing for customers on mobile devices

upcoming appointments aren't showing up for any customers using the appointments app on a mobile device (tried 2 iOS devices) but they show up on the desktop app

Customers --> select customer -->  ...  "UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS" shows nothing..."PAST APPOINTMENTS" shows up for one customer but not another??

Appointments version 5.22.3 (5223001)

both mobile devices iOS 13.1.2

Hey @scootsch!

Can you try updating your Appointments app?

We recently had an update that released version 5.23. 

If not, please reply back in this thread for next steps.
