why are my clients getting charged tax when booking an appointment online

When my clients book an appointment online from my facebook app, the appointment is being charged tax.  I have looked at my settings and do not understand why they are getting charged tax on a service. Can some one please tell me how to fix this other than deleting the appointment and remaking the appointment

Hi there. Did you check how your appointment is set up? There is a tax toggle on items that I had to turn off on my services. Hope this helps!

OK I finally found the Tax Button and toggled it off, here's hoping it works.
