those are conflicting services that each have their own app completely separate from Square POS.  having both would cause many issues to arise as the data and items wouldn't work across the account.  It is best, and only possible, if you have a second square account, all it needs is a different email address and the rest can be the same info.

You can use PeachWorks or Simple Order to track food inventory.
