Certain items not printing on ticket orders from Sq/Weebly store

Hi,

We've added numerous items in the last month and we are having an issue where some of the items aren't printing on the order tickets.  We have to go into the order page and make sure we have all the items.

I've checked the items to make sure they aren't hidden etc.  Could it be items with no photos won't print?

Same is happening to me. Only two items don't print. Any ideas?
