How to upload products barcodes

Hey so I’m opening a liquor store  and inventory on s coming in I know how to add products but how do u add them by the barcode on each bottle?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

1. If you already have products on your Square POS, but have not added your UPC barcodes, simply go to the Item Library in your Items Dashboard and click on the product you'd like to modify.
2. Enter the barcode number into the SKU section using your barcode scanner or by typing the number manually.

Alternatively, you can Export your item library:

Then within an excel spreadsheet, you'll see a column to add the SKU. Once you've added, or copy and pasted all the SKUs, you can re-import your item library using that spreadsheet. 

As another option, you can always scan in your barcode. You would be using your POS, select an item from the items section, and then while editing the item, you can scan the barcode. It'll autofill the barcode/sku into the SKU section of the item.
