Option to have scheduled online orders show up on KDS and print BEFORE PREP TIME

We have recently started using the online store so that we can take orders online for our pizza restaurant. We have noticed small bugs here and there, for example orders not showing up on the KDS or printing out, despite the customer wanting to pickup ASAP (our food prep time is set to 15 mins).

Today however, we experienced 3 different customer orders that all wanted to be picked up at 11:45am, and were placed between the hours of 8am-9am by the customers. When we opened the store this morning, there was no message that we had online orders and the employees and I went about our days opening the store normally. Imagine if we were busy and this happened where we did not know we had 3 large orders coming as well as taking care of the customers coming into the store.

Please allow an option in settings to have customers that order "Scheduled pickups" to perhaps send the order to KDS and Print as soon as the customer makes the order.

That way when we open the store, we will see our printer as made orders and we can be aware to prep and open the store in a efficient manner, rather than waiting until the last 15 minutes where all the order will pop up at the same time and cause us a little "wtf" moment.

 

TL;DR: There is no option to see Scheduled online orders ahead of time in the restaurant. If you are busy in the store and all of a sudden 3 online orders come up at the same time, you're going to have a bad time. When a customer makes an online order, it should print out at the same time and show on the KDS immediately, not wait all the way until the prep time (ours is 15 mins).
