Hey is anyone else having this issue?
We are having order tickets sent to the kitchen too early for some of our online orders, additionally some are not sending at all?
We’re using Fresh KDS and regular square register, we also have a website through weebly.
This is really disrupting our service, anyone else experiencing this?

Hey there, @PSHOP -
The issues you're having sounds like it could be with your internet connection. If you have a sluggish connection, then the orders may not sync with the Register correctly - causing the delay.
Are you seeing this issue with Online orders and/or In Store orders?
I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.
