I need help figuring out a proper method for tracking tips given during online checkout to ensure they go to employees working during those times. We use Square Payroll & Team Management. Is the best method for this to do "Pooling & Splitting"? Will this split up tips from online sales as well as tips made in store?
Currently what I see using our method of direct tipping based on who is signed in on our tablet, is "untracked" which appears to be online tips, and then tips listed for each employee which appears to be only tips given in store.
Any advice on the best way to do this to ensure my employees are tipped for online PLUS in-store tips given during their shifts would be appreciated.

Hey there. Online sales are not capable of being tracked unfortunately. You will have to pool and split, but that would affect in-store tips as well where tips are tracked.
