Can I hide an item description from being visible to customers?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Need a description category that is only for us to see.

I want to put a description on the items that is for us and not for the customers. There are no extra categories that we can use and label items that the customer does not see.

I checked to see if hiding a description is possible but unfortunately they're customer facing. @Rachelsglitzyge
