can no longer see customer name associated to a sale on my phone

I finally did a show 2 weekends ago since Covid and now notice when looking at past transactions I don't see the customer name associated to the sale.

That is a big problem since some I am delivering to.

Only way for me to see it is to go home and log into my laptop and see it from there.

I can't see it on either my tablet or phone through the Square app.

What changed?

Yeah In this case since this behavior has changed recently again for you, checking for App updates would be the first bet I would suggest to reach  and our team our Support team would be able to look into this with you!
