When I first bought the Chromebook for my retail store the wireless reader worked like a charm when connecting at home, and the testing for debit tap and Credit Cards worked as well. Once I moved into my shop with Chromebook and reader, they just wouldn't pair anymore. Called CS team and the rep couldn't figure it out, going over the hard reset and other options, but nothing worked. I would just use the swipe reader, but I need to be able to take debit. The reader does work with my other Samsung devices, but they are just to small to be used as a POS. Any thoughts?
