Miura M010 failing to configure

I have a Muira M010 it is paired to my iPhone. When I start square it begins to connect to the reader, the reader changes to a screen that shows the current register ticket total. Square then attempts to configure the reader. Shortly after both square and the reader say configuration failed see support. I have powered cycled the phone and reader, factory reset the reader, deleted and reinstalled the square register app. Basically I already covered everything the diy troubleshooting guide square has available.  What next?

It sounds like you're doing everything right on your end, so we might have a to take a look at this with you and walk through some things.
