Originally price not showing on sale items

I've put up many sale items on my website before, and it'll show the sale price but as well as the original price crossed off. This time, when I put my sale prices up, the original prices are not showing of which I'd like them to be. Is there a way of fixing this?

Hello and welcome to the Seller Community @Luckysblankets 👋 How frustrating! There are a few things you can try when this happens:

- Toggle the sale feature off, and then back on. Sometimes it just needs to be refreshed.

- Unpublish, and re-publish your site. This might sound drastic but only takes a few moments. To unpublish your site, go to your Square Online Dashboard and select Website > Site Preferences > click on Unpublish. Next, go to Website > Edit Site > Publish. Note: this is a lot easier via a computer than on a mobile phone due to screen size.
