Square Terminal not loading - stuck at 0%

Using the square terminal for less than a week, and when go to power on the square it says "Square Terminal Loading, 0%" and it will not go above 0%.


Tried a factory reset, and no luck.

 

Assistance needed as soon as possible. Any help?

So sorry to hear about the trouble with your Terminal loading. Strange, indeed. I reached out to one of our Hardware specialists, and it looks like this issue in particular can point to problems with the Terminal itself connecting to your Wireless Network.

 

If you've already tried the factory reset to avail, we would then recommend reaching out to our Support Team directly. They can walk through more extensive troubleshoot and get you a replacement unit if necessary.

Hi Joe,

 

Thank you, I e-mailed Support Team as well, after I posted, as we also had another terminal that was giving us some issues.

 

Will wait for Support Team to reach out in the next day.

Hi Joe,

 

We received an e-mail form support team last Thursday and was advised that someone from Hardware department would be reaching out shortly. We have yet to here from them and right now if our current Square machine freezes or crashes then we will have a lot more problems. (we had gotten a 2nd square incase something like this happened).

 

Just wondering if you know what the timeline is for getting info to us? As you mentioned, this sounds like a device issue and may need to be sent another one.

 

Any info would be greatly appreciated
