all my payments are i completed

wifi is connected, offline mode is off. but all payments are incompleted. when i click into offline payments, it shows me the following message

payment pending

this payment can't be processed until internet connectivity is restored.

 

i can't restart the device, because it has the risk of lost pending payments.

what should i do then?
