Hi
Im new to Square, so far I'm loving it. I'm having trouble with the terminal not printing tips on the receipt. I just did a debit transaction and printed a receipt for a customer, it came out and said the transaction was cash and did not print the tip amount, so it looks like they paid 16.80 instead of the amount recorded which was 19.32.
Any help would be great.
