We have a square terminal that is not updating.
It's firmware version is 3.16.54
software is PTS 1.4.13.0034
Software says that the software is Up To Date.
I know that the device is behind by several versions but can't find any information about how to update firmware, which I hope will lead to the next software update.
Can anyone point me to documentation that describes how to update firmware?
Also, in this version, the store name is clearly visible at the Botton of the settings screen.
In the new software (version 4.22.032, firmware 3.20.49) the store name is not visible. Any idea of where the store name can be found with the new software?

Hmm, sounds like the Hardware Team needs to take a look. They'll probably advise a factory reset but engineering might want to see a diagnostics report from the Terminal.
